Shipping costs within Canada are a flat rate of $18 per order. Orders over $200 will qualify for free shipping. 

Shipping to the USA is a flat rate of $25 per order.

Local pickup is available for those in Grande Prairie at The Glow Collective. (10020-100 Ave, Downtown Grande Prairie).

Gift cards can be purchased here. To redeem a gift card, enter your gift card number on the payment page at checkout.

Birdie & Co. limits its requests for information to what is required to ensure accurate service. Most of the information we collect is very basic and is needed to complete a purchase or provide a refund. Examples of customer information that may be collected include your name, address, telephone number, email address, credit or debit card information, and descriptions of the items requested or purchased.

Navigation Information
Even if you do not make a purchase on our site, we have the ability to track usage of our web site, including what pages are visited, what products are viewed, and the third-party sites that led you to our website. This information is not used to track information about individuals, but is used at an aggregate level to customize our site, and improve the online experience.

Transaction Security
In order to make every effort to ensure that your experience on the Birdie & Co shop is secure, we use encryption technology to protect you against the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information. When you fill out any contact forms or access your account, a secure server encrypts all of your information through the use of Secure Socket Layers (SSLs).

To be sure you're browsing secure pages for transactions, check your web browser's status bar (located at the bottom of the window) for the closed padlock icon. This icon appears in your web browser to tell you that you are viewing a secure web page. Also, all browsers display an "s" after the "http" (https://) in the web site address to indicate that you are in a secure environment. Should you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

We want you to love your new items, however sometimes that isn’t the case.

Please note: All discounted products are final sale. No exceptions.

By Mail:
Return your item(s) by mail within 7 days of receiving your order. Carefully pack up the item(s)
and purchase a return label from the shipping carrier of your choice. Once we've received the item back and inspected the pieces to ensure the condition has not been compromised, we'll process a refund to the original payment method. Please note that sale items, special orders, and shipping/handling fees are final sale and non refundable.

Damaged Items:
Oh no!  We do our best to package your order up to ensure a safe delivery, but sometimes accidents happen.  Please send a description and images of the damaged item(s) to birdieandcoltd@hotmail.com.  Either a replacement or refund will be issued depending on the availability of the damaged item. Please note, all damages must be emailed within 7 days of the parcel’s delivered date to be covered. Sorry, no exceptions. 

Gifted Items:

Uh oh, you received a gift from somebody but don’t love it?  Gifts are eligible for exchange or store credit only, within 30 days of the original purchase date. 

Please note, Birdie & Co.  reserves the right to refuse the return of certain merchandise at any time and for any reason.

We are not responsible for items that are lost in transit, please track your order.
